"We believe that digital innovation should be harnessed as a driver of excellence and creativity."
FEDORA is happy to announce the launch of its new Digital Prize with the support of Kearney, the leading global management consulting firm.
"Through our partnership with FEDORA, we accompany new generations of artists in the development of ideas and encourage interdisciplinary approaches to unleash the potential of digital innovation in the fields of opera and ballet".
The call for applications for this new Digital Prize is open until December 13th, 2019. Opera houses, dance companies and festivals can now apply with digital projects on or beyond the stage and win up to €50,000. Thanks to the support of Kearney, the Prize aims at advocating new ways of artistic expression and acccess to opera and ballet through digital innovation. Projects may involve, but are not limited to the following technologies: virtual reality and/or augmented reality, artificial intelligence, projection mapping, immersive sound resulting in new audience experiences, new ways of interactions with audiences or new ways of artistic expression through digital experimentation.
